Auckland Memorial Park

Auckland Memorial Park is a cemetery and funeral services company based up on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland. They were online before coming to SEOPro but their website was performing poorly and was in dire need of a re-vamp to show the business in a more modern style.

Challenge

The brief SEOPro received for the new website we were to create was to;

  • Highlite services and products in a positive way
  • Create a user friendly website that people can easily find the information they are looking for
  • Get results in organic ranking on industry specific keywords
  • Make the site a good conversion tool
  • Cater for the Chinese & Korean markets as well as English speaking people

Solution

Set out a new site map that targeted specific keywords, all giving relevance to the main target keywords of the website. Create high quality SEO friendly content and implement into the site. Use quality imagery that is tagged properly targeting specific keywords, and make sure the page hierarchy was very user friendly making services of theirs very easy to find.

Once the site is created we would start a link building campaign, reaching out to various sites across the globe to acquire high quality in-bound links into the site. We would also do a local SEO campaign for the site to get it ranking within the Auckland region.

Results

The results have been very good overall for the site. It produces quality enquiries consistently which lead to a higher conversion rate of leads into paying customers. The site has become a good tool in getting their message out to people and is a very good asset to the business.

After starting to see results from the site which they didn’t from their last one they have realised the potential more and are using their online presence in a much more cost effective and results focused way.
